La Casa del Habanos La Casa del Habano is a worldwide network of premium cigar shops that specialize in selling authentic Cuban cigars. The first La Casa del Habano shop was opened in Cancun, Mexico, in 1990, and since then, the brand has expanded to over 150 stores in more than 70 countries. These shops are the official franchise of Habanos SA, the state-owned company that controls the production and distribution of Cuban cigars. As such, they offer a wide selection of premium cigars, including rare and limited edition releases, as well as exclusive cigars that are only available through La Casa del Habano shops. Overall, La Casa del Habano shops are considered the ultimate destination for cigar enthusiasts who seek the finest and most authentic Cuban cigars. They offer a unique and personalized shopping experience, a vast selection of premium cigars, and an ambiance that reflects the rich history and culture of Cuban cigar-making. Ramon Allones Ramon Allones was created back in 1845 by brothers Ramon and Antonio Allones and is supposedly the first cigar brand to have utilized colorful lithographs for their box art, the first brand to put bands on their cigars and the first brand to package their cigars in the "8-9-8" style although there are many other brands who also make these claims. The brand went through numerous ownerships before it was finally bought by the Cifuentes family where it is made at their Partagas factory to this day.
Allones No.3 The UK was selected to host the Global Launch of the much anticipated limited edition Ramon Allones No.2 but due to lockdown restrictions, the usual black tie event was scuppered so they had to think outside the box, selected retailers were asked to host their own unique Launch parties and here at The UK Tobacco we took the word "unique" as an excuse to release some of the eccentricity we've been bottling up for a few months and got to sample these rather divine cigars in true British seaside style.
Loose Cigars: When the Ramon Allones No.3 Cigars leave the factory they are packaged loose in a Cedar lined box. This helps the cigars to develop and flavours to diffuse. They are stored in our humidors until dispatch and ideally should be transferred directly into a humidor. If you are buying them for a special occasion they should keep for up to a week in a cool, dark place.
Hand Rolled: The tradition of being rolled on a maiden’s thigh can be questioned but the added quality a cigar beholds from being hand rolled by an experienced Cigar Roller cannot. Each cigar is rolled to the same density with full length filler (leaves), providing the perfect draw and ash build up, which cannot be matched by a machine.
Preparation: Please note the Allones No.3 cigars require cutting or punching before they can be enjoyed.
