Dr Plumbs P35518 RYO Tobacco Pouch: The Dr Plumb Belt Loop is a quality Leather tobacco wallet, which has an easy access flap with magnetic press stud fastener and a handy belt loop. It also uses the seal strip design, which forms an airtight seal as the flap is closed and presses against it. As with all the Dr Plumbs Hand Rolling Tobacco pouches there is a handy leather paper dispenser, which is neatly sewn under the flap.

The Pouch is made from the usual soft Leather associated with Dr Plumb products and has a flexible latex lining which aids in forming a seal and keeping the tobacco fresh.
