Peterson House Pipes Based on the XXL systems from the 1900 peterson catalogue, the Peterson House pipe is a huge pipe of colossal dimensions, sometimes referred to as a "system on steroids" the name comes from the fact that they are just too large to carry around and too heavy to hold in one's mouth, that you'll want to smoke them at home, settled into a comfortable chair for a very long session with a good book. Varying in finish from Smooth, Sandblast and Rustic finishes and straight billiard and bent shapes. All with Sterling silver bands. Finishes include Terracotta, Natural, Ebony and Oak.
Due to the shortage of Briar large enough in today’s trade Peterson struggle to get high enough grade blocks to meet demand for the House series and we can go for years without getting a delivery. We have had customers on a waiting list in the past for over a year waiting for their prefered pipe to come out of the factory. When they do finally get in a smoker’s hand they take pride of place in the collection.
Peterson 9mm Filter Pipes Peterson Filter pipes are strictly speaking not system pipes but by adding space for a 9mm filter if you were to smoke the pipe without a filter there is a large chamber which is effectively a moisture trap. The bore hole does not have the same exaggerated graduation but it is still there to a degree meaning it will smoke better than the average pipe. So smoked with or without the absorbent 9mm filter in place there are very few pipes that will smoke cooler or sweeter.
P.Lip mouthpiece: The Pl.ip is a unique mouthpiece designed to greatly enhance the smokers experience. The lip is shaped to fit the mouth more comfortably with the tongue pressed under the lip. The smoke exits on the top of the lip, which significantly reduces tongue bite from even the most bitter smoking tobacco’s.
ONE OFF PIPE: This is a one off pipe and the pipe in the picture is the exact pipe you will receive. Please not that colour varies depending on your computer monitor and may not replicate the colour exactly.
